How to shop?

These are the steps to be taken to order items from this webstore:

We assume that you have read our terms and conditions i.e our shipping and returns terms, before you decide to purchase from our store.

Step 1

Browse through our catalog of products.

Step 2

Once you have chosen the items to buy, add to the cart, make your specifications clear on the size, colour etc. of the product.

Step 3

Once you are done and ready to check out, click on the 'check out' button and fill up your shipping and payment details.
Immediately after your order has been put in our estore, you will receive an email notification confirming your order as well as the details on the selected payment method.

Please take note that your order will only be shipped out once payment has been received by us.

Payment may be done via : (payment preferably done within 48hrs of order made, please notify us if you wish to make payments later than the stipulated time)

a. Cash deposit at Maybank ATMs
Please make payments/deposits to account no: 5143 0112 0900

b. Online fund transfer via Maybank2u.com

c. Cheque payment. Please make cheque payable to Rafidah bt Rashid. This option is
only valid for Malaysian customers.

d. Deposit may also be done at 1) Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad,
                                             account no : 12 047 02 0131540 (Rafidah bt Rashid)
      or
                 2)CIMB Bank,
                                             account no: 1221-0000699-20-3 (Rafidah bt Rashid)

e. Paypal (newly added!)

As you select Paypal as your payment method, you will be immediately directed to Paypal's website for you to login and make your payment.
You will be directed to our estore again after the payment has been done.

f. Western union/ money order (newly added!)

For payment via western union, please make payment/money transfer/deposit under
Rafidah bt Rashid. However, customers are advised to inform via email if they want to use this payment option.

Step 4

If payment has been made, please email order details, invoice number, your name and amount paid to rafida@pc.jaring.my or fidahrashid@yahoo.com or sms to 019-3469 769. This is to ensure that we do not miss out on your payments which will delay your receipt of goods.
